You don’t know how is it to feel good, until you do.
Sometimes we get so used to discomfort that it becomes normal.
My work is about gently inviting you back into balance — through touch, presence, and the wisdom of ancient traditions
My Offerings

Hi,
I’m Amanda
A Hatha and Kundalini yoga instructor, Reiki therapist, and Ayurvedic bodyworker passionate about guiding toward balance and healing.
Trained by Master Akal Murat Singh and the Premananda School in Brazil, I offer yoga classes to cultivate mindfulness and energy flow.
My bodywork combines Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage, studied under Alecrim Correia and at the Fontana Institute, with Thai Yoga Massage techniques learned from Diego Mazzitelli — all designed to release tension and restore harmony.

My Approach
Rooted in the understanding that each person is unique. I listen carefully to what’s beneath the surface and offer treatments that support your whole experience not just your symptoms.
Drawing my studies from Ayurveda knowlegment, Abhyanga and complementary techniques, Thai massage, and Yoga, I will guide you gently back to balance — and offer simple tools you can take home to continue your healing in your own time.

How does it work?
01
In our first session, I take time to truly listen. We’ll start with a short intake — I’ll ask about your sleep, digestion, energy, and routines to understand what’s underneath the surface.
Then we move into the body. You’ll receive a full Ayurvedic treatment — often Abhyanga or suggested Ayurvedic techniques — depending on what you need.
Session time: 1h30 - 15 min conversation + 1h15 treatment.

Each body is unique so you can choose to stay with independent session or create a personalized 6-session plan based on your biotype and current needs. This may include gentle recommendations—like changes in nutrition, sleep habits, or herbal support—to help restore balance and well-being.

Tools & Knowledge
03
My work doesn’t end on the massage table or Yoga match. I’ll offer simple, practical tools to help you integrate the experience — so your body can continue shifting and healing gently over time. This might include small routine adjustments, rituals of self-massage, or conscious pauses in your week. I’m here to walk with you through a process that invites more balance, ease, and vitality into your everyday life.
